Our rates are fairly simple (excluding holidays).  

     Dec. 15 -- March 31 = $600 per night (high season)
     April 1 -- Dec 14 = $500 per night

     *Refundable security deposit $500
     *$200 cleaning fee
     *Free Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. 

Airbnb charges 15.5% fees, VRBO charges 8% fees . . . book directly and avoid these charges.

Note: the Wix booking system was made for hotels, houses, apartments, Villas, etc. . .  For Villa Zafiro you are renting the entire Villa, garden, pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room and full kitchen, a kitchenette, 2 patios, deck, etc. . . . everything within the walls of our property.  No sharing. Complete privacy :)
